Amazing, isn't it, how quickly flood water can penetrate into the furthest recesses of a building? From high rise office buildings to factories; from condominiums to public buildings, no property - no matter new or old, large or small - is immune from failed plumbing or inclement weather! As a property owner, real estate professional or service provider, you know just how destructive water damage can be. You know because you've had to work around the clock to get commercial clients back in business; you've seen the devastation of flooded residential units; you know what water can do and the toll it exacts in ruined buildings and lost income. Whether it's a broken service feed, a damaged sprinkler head, or a torrential rainstorm, your livelihood, your property and your client/tenant relations are at stake and you have to make things right. Or maybe you've had to bear the expense of restoring properties where flood abatement procedures were incomplete. Weeks and even months after a flooding incident, water was still present or improper procedures left floors cupped, walls buckled and mildewed and tenants fuming. Think back to the last flooding incident you experienced. What was the impact on your property? Were you really able to get things completely dried out? Were you readily able to restore the structure to pre-flood condition? Chances are, unless you retained the services of a restorative drying specialist, you weren't. More likely, you used a reliable but non-specialized vendor "to mop things up," turned the heat up high and crossed your fingers. You can uncross them now.
