It then compares power loss between the two as a means to determine moisture levels. Penetrating resistance meter A two-pole pin probe similar to non-penetrating meters that uses variations in resistance in otherwise inaccessible areas to determine moisture content. Refrigerant dehumidifier A flow of moist air over chilling coils results in humidity-laden air giving up moisture as condensation, which is then readily disposed of.
